1 What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:00 - if we do not answer please leave a message and we will get back to you.
2 What if I change my mind?
Contact us ASAP, if your item has not been dispatched a full refund can be applied.
3 What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged then please can you contact us ASAP with photos of the box and plant if possible so we can address this issue.
4 Can I pre order for a specific delivery date?
Yes we can offer pre ordering for delivery any day Monday – Saturday. We can offer Sunday delivery locally if required.
5 Can I have Saturday delivery?
Yes Saturday delivery can be arranged for no additional charge.
6 Will my plant look the same as the picture on the website?
There will always be some natural variation however the picture is a true representation.
7 Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes during the checkout process you can add notes to us which we can then pass to the delivery companies.
8 Is the plant in stock I have chosen?
We update the website daily and only show items for immediate dispatch however occasionally for unforeseen circumstances a plant maybe out of stock we will contact you immediately.
9 How are your plants measured?
All our measurements are taking from the bottom of the pot to the tip of the plant.
10 Do your plants come gift wrapped?
Gift wrap is available for a charge of £4.99
11 What is the cut off time for placing an order for next day delivery?
All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day.
