1. What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
If we’re unable to take your call, please do leave a message and we will return it as promptly as possible.

Outside of these hours, our chat and WhatsApp services are monitored, and we will respond as soon as we can.


2. What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it and arrange a full refund.


3. What if my plant arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your plant arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us straight away.
Kindly include photographs of both the plant and its packaging so we can resolve the matter swiftly for you.


4. Can I pre-order for a specific delivery date?

Yes, you are welcome to select a preferred delivery date when placing your order at checkout.


5. Do you offer weekend delivery?

We do offer both Saturday and Sunday delivery via DPD, available for £9.50.


6. Will my plant look exactly like the photo?

Each plant is unique, so there may be some natural variation. However, our images are a fair and accurate representation of what you can expect to receive.


7. Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes, you may include delivery notes during checkout. These will be passed directly to the courier.


8. Is the plant I want in stock?

Our website is updated daily and reflects current availability.
On the rare occasion that an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or arrange a refund.


9. How are your plants measured?

All measurements are taken from the base of the pot to the top of the plant.


10. Do your plants come gift wrapped?

Yes, all of our plants are beautifully presented with complimentary standard gift wrapping.
If you prefer something a little more special, you may upgrade to our premium gift wrap at checkout.

*Excludes bedding plants.


11. What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?

Orders placed before 3:00pm will be dispatched the same day for next-day delivery.


12. Do you include care instructions with each plant?

Yes, every plant is accompanied by simple care guidance to help it settle in and thrive.


13. Can I send a plant directly as a gift?

Certainly. Simply enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You may also include a personal message and select gift wrapping if desired.


14. Will the recipient see any prices or invoices?

No, we never include pricing information within gift parcels. Order details are sent to the purchaser via email only.


15. What happens if I’m not home when my plant is delivered?

If you are not available, the courier may leave the parcel in a safe place, attempt redelivery, or provide instructions via a calling card or tracking update.


16. Do you offer corporate or bulk plant orders?

Yes, we are pleased to supply plants for businesses, events, and larger gifting requirements. Please contact us to discuss your needs and receive a tailored quotation.


17. Are your plants safe for pets?

Some plants may be harmful to pets if ingested. We recommend checking the product description carefully or contacting us for advice on pet-friendly options.


18. What kind of packaging do you use? Is it eco-friendly?

We use specially designed packaging to protect your plants during transit. Wherever possible, we prioritise recyclable and environmentally responsible materials.


19. Can I track my delivery?

Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its progress.

21. Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver across mainland UK.
If you are unsure whether we can reach your address, please feel free to get in touch and we will be happy to advise.


22. How long will my plant last in the box?

Our plants are carefully prepared for travel and will be perfectly comfortable in their packaging for a short period.
However, we do recommend unpacking your plant as soon as possible after delivery so it can settle into its new home.


23. What should I do when my plant arrives?

We recommend gently unpacking your plant, giving it a little water if needed, and placing it in a suitable spot with the appropriate light conditions.
Simple care guidance is included to help you get started.


24. Do you offer any guarantee on your plants?

We take great pride in the quality of our plants. If you have any concerns upon arrival, please contact us promptly and we will always do our best to put things right.


25. Can I amend my delivery address after ordering?

If you need to update your delivery details, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always try to accommodate changes before dispatch.
