1. What are your opening hours?
We’re open Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30.
If we’re unable to answer your call, please leave a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
2. What if I change my mind after placing an order?
Contact us as soon as possible.
If your item hasn’t been dispatched, we can cancel your order and issue a full refund.
3. What if my plant arrives damaged?
If your plant arrives damaged:

Include photos of the box and plant
We’ll resolve the issue quickly.
4. Can I pre-order for a specific delivery date?
Yes you can select a future delivery date on the cart page before checkout.
5. Do you offer weekend delivery?
Yes, we offer Saturday and Sunday delivery via DPD for £9.50.
6. Will my plant look exactly like the photo?
There may be some natural variation, but our photos are a true representation of what you’ll receive.
7. Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes during checkout, you can add delivery notes. We'll pass these on to the courier.
8. Is the plant I want in stock?
Our website is updated daily and only shows plants available for immediate dispatch.
If something becomes unavailable, we’ll contact you right away.
9. How are your plants measured?
Measurements are taken from the base of the pot to the tip of the plant.
10. Do your plants come gift wrapped?
Yes gift wrapping is available:

£3.99 for standard wrap

£4.99 for eco wrap
You can choose your preferred colour at checkout.
11. What is the cut-off time for next-day delivery?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day for next-day delivery.
12. Do you include care instructions with each plant?
Yes each plant includes basic care instructions to help it thrive.
13. Can I send a plant as a gift directly to someone else?
Yes enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. You can also add a gift message and wrapping.
14. Will the recipient see any prices or invoices?
No prices are never included in gift parcels. The buyer will receive order details via email.
15. What happens if I’m not home when my plant is delivered?
The courier may:

Leave the parcel in a safe place

Attempt redelivery, or

Provide a tracking update or card with instructions
16. Do you offer corporate or bulk plant orders?
Yes we supply bulk plant orders for businesses, events, or gifting. Please contact us for a quote.
17. Are your plants safe for pets?
Some plants can be toxic to pets if ingested.
Please check the product description or contact us for pet-friendly options.
18. What kind of packaging do you use? Is it eco-friendly?
We use custom plant-safe packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Where possible, we use recyclable and eco-friendly materials.
19. Can I track my delivery?
Yes once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery.
