1 What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30 - if we do not answer please leave a message and we will get back to you.

2 What if I change my mind?

3 What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged then please can you contact us ASAP with photos of the box and plant if possible so we can address this issue.

4 Can I pre order for a specific delivery date?

Yes we can offer pre ordering to secure your gift for a future delivery date, please select the date on the cart page before checkout.

5 Can I have Weekend delivery?

Yes Saturday and Sunday delivery can be arranged using DPD for a charge of £9.50

6 Will my plant look the same as the picture on the website?

There will always be some natural variation however the picture is a true representation.

7 Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes during the checkout process you can add notes to us which we can then pass to the delivery companies.

8 Is the plant in stock I have chosen?

We update the website daily and only show items for immediate dispatch however occasionally for unforeseen circumstances a plant maybe out of stock we will contact you immediately.

9 How are your plants measured?

All our measurements are taking from the bottom of the pot to the tip of the plant.

10 Do your plants come gift wrapped?

Gift wrap is available for a charge of £3.99 or £4.99 for eco wrap and you are able to select a colour of your choice.

11 What is the cut off time for placing an order for next day delivery?

All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped the same day.

12. How do I redeem loyalty points?

Click on the loyalty points green icon which will be on the lower part of the website page, if its a desktop it will say "Loyalty points" on a mobile site it will just be the icon itself.

After you've clicked on the icon simply choose “Ways to redeem” and it will come up with order discount. After this you then click “Redeem” and it gives you a unique code to use in the checkout.
