30-day returns
If something isn't right, we'll make it easy to put right.
Returning an item
You can return items within 30 days of receiving them. Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived, in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us by live chat, through our contact page or by emailing sales@plantsbypost.co.uk.
If your plant arrives damaged
Please contact us straight away with photos of the damaged item and the outer packaging. This helps us resolve it quickly with our delivery partners.
How refunds work
- Contact us to arrange your return.
- Once your return arrives, we'll unpack and check it and let you know.
- If approved, we'll refund your original payment method. It usually takes around 5 days for the refund to show on your card.
Exchanges: we don't offer exchanges. It's quicker to order the item you'd like and return the other one for a full refund.
