Hosta Patriot – A Striking Icon of the Shade Garden

Bold, reliable and endlessly elegant, Hosta Patriot is a true standout for shaded gardens. Famous for its striking variegated foliage, this hardy perennial forms graceful clumps of broad deep green leaves, each beautifully edged with a crisp creamy-white margin. Its dramatic contrast and architectural form make it an excellent choice for borders, woodland gardens and large patio containers.

During summer, elegant stems rise above the foliage carrying attractive lavender bell-shaped flowers that draw bees, butterflies and other pollinators into the garden. With its neat mounded habit and dependable growth, Hosta Patriot provides season-long interest from spring until the first frost while requiring very little maintenance once established.
