When your tree arrives:

Unpack your tree as soon as possible and give it a little water if needed.
Place it in a bright, sheltered spot and allow a day or two to settle after its journey.

If your plant arrives damaged: In the unlikely event that your tree arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us straight away with photographs of both the plant and its packaging. 1. What are your opening hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm.
If we’re unable to take your call, please do leave a message and we will return it as promptly as possible.

Outside of these hours, our chat and WhatsApp services are monitored, and we will respond as soon as we can.

2. What if I change my mind after placing an order?

Should you wish to amend or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will be happy to cancel it and arrange a full refund.

3. What if my plant arrives damaged?

In the unlikely event that your plant arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us straight away.
Kindly include photographs of both the plant and its packaging so we can resolve the matter swiftly for you.

4. Can I pre-order for a specific delivery date?

Yes. You can choose your delivery date on the product page or in your basket before you check out. A chosen weekday is £4.95 and a weekend day is £6.95, or leave it blank for free delivery in 2–3 days.
